Why blame yourself or worry about something??

 
Most people always blame themselves for something that happened in the past or worry about something that will happen in the future. The great truth is that we have no power to change what has already happened or to really know what will happen, but we do have control over the way we accept things and how we act in any situation.

It is useless blame you or regret about an event that has already happened. What happened is over and there is no way to fix it. Useless lamentations such as "If I had done this, it would not have happened that; why I did this or said that; if it had gone there, if I had called him or her; etc.". Most of the time we blame ourselves for things that we think are "negatives", but in fact everything that happens to us is not fortuitous, everything that happens to us at the end teach us something, we learn not to hit back with the same stone, and not act in a certain way.

What happened is in the past and there is no turning back. Blaming yourself will not change anything or make you a better person. Next time you discover blaming yourself for something Stop those thoughts and delete them from your mind, focus your attention in another thing, focus your attention in the present. Live your present. The best you can do is taking a deep breath, learn from the experience, get up and move on.

When an event is going to happen nothing worth worrying about it, thus is not going to solve anything. We worry about things that we have no control, for example, the fact you worry about the future is not going to change it. What you are doing is wasting time instead of enjoying the present and dealing with it. Worry accomplish nothing, on the contrary, we affect our health by probably causing ulcers, headache or back pain, pressure or cramping.

So the next time you discover yourself worry about something STOP there and ask yourself if worrying about something is going to change it or fix it, the answer will be obviously NO. So do not waste your time and enjoy your present.
